Pre-design phase:

We understand the developer needs and manage selection and appointment of project consultant; this includes:

-Prepare tender documents and contract for consultancy services.

-Tendering the consultancy services and manage the whole process of tendering, valuation, recommendation for awarding the consultancy contract.

Design Phase:

Our team will help the developer to manage the consultant and ensure that all design services are carried out properly and within the time frame, while controlling any deviation from budget or variations that may increase the cost of design and/or intend of the design.

Pre-construction Phase:

We work closely with the developer and project consultant to ensure that all tender documents and construction contracts are properly prepared to serve the  developer's best interest in terms of cost and time and avoid any legal exposure to claims and variations.

Construction Phase:

Our team will carry out contract administration service to both the consultant and the construction contractor, during the construction phase, to ensure that the application of the contract is carried out correctly, fairly and within the interests of the developer. This will continue until the successful completion of the project and extends to the operation phase.
