Nizar Al-Qutob - Director - Partner
Nizar Al-Qutob is a civil engineer with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and properties development. He has a solid track record of heading and managing numerous multi-million-dollar projects in the region, mainly in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. He is an expert in real estate development and construction contracts management, backed up with engineering knowledge. His experience includes dealing with master developers, real estate authorities, architects, engineering consultants, contractors, suppliers, real estate & marketing consultants, end users (buyers), and operators/facility managers.
Ahmed Masoud - Managing Director
Ahmed has more than 25 years of experience in the UAE real estate industry. He has served as Finance and Accounting Manager for major real estate development companies in the UAE. He has extensive experience in real estate development, selling, buying and leasing of real estate in UAE.
Issam El-Qutob - Director - Projects Management
Issam is a Civil Engineer holding a Master of Engineering Degree in Project Management from Texas A&M University.
He has over 30 years GCC experience in the construction and real estate industry. Issam had been involved in the construction of key projects in the UAE and has acquired vast experience in project management as Contractor and as Property Developer
Ahmed Mukhtar - Director - Legal
Ahmed holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Cairo University and a Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration from the International Arbitration Organization. He serves as a Commercial Arbitration Advisor at the International Arbitration Organization; as an International Commercial Arbitration Consultant at the Arbitration Chamber of the Commission on Human Rights; and as an Advisor at the World Economic Council for Trade and Investment.
Ahmed has more than 15 years of experience in the UAE in the fields of litigation, construction law, real estate law and corporate law.
He is conversant in preparing contracts and agreements, such as shareholder agreements, wills, real estate & property matters, including leases, acquisition and disposal of property,.
